Were They Really That Visible?

Description

I have no clue.  But still, every time I see the wings of a dromaeosaur like Deinonychus or Velociraptor, and their fingers and claws can so easily be made out, it just has me wonder, Were they really that visible?  Or were they almost or completely hidden?

So to see, I made an arm in Paint, gave it 'normal' feathering, then copied the arm and gave it more fluffy feathering (and also copying some of the feathers from the first arm).  It sure is an interesting comparison.  Now, neither is necessarily right or wrong, I was just looking at a possible idea.  So do not think that one is correct and the other is inaccurate.

Made:  Today, drawings in Paint, 'Poster in PowerPoint

Enjoy!!  :)

None are correct. The lower finger is supposed to be visible from the bottom of the wing. From the top view, you can see the top finger, the plumage connects to the middle finger and the bottom finger is completely hidden.
